Accounting
You work with open invoices, bank statements, supplier invoices and payment reminders. Closing and tax are only visible to the people who are authorised for them.
The Suite brings ERPNext, OpenProject, Frappe Drive, Paperless and HRMS together under one login. You check documents, close delivery runs and do your VAT return without switching between programs. Your data stays in these systems; the Suite does not make copies.
The interface is still being built. The sketches show how each workflow runs – not what it will look like in the end.
These eight workflows come up most often in the first few weeks.
There is a payment on the bank statement with no matching invoice
You match the payment to the open invoice
The payment is posted in ERPNext
The quantity or price on the invoice does not match
You compare the invoice with the purchase order and goods receipt
You approve the invoice in ERPNext or check with the supplier
An item falls below its minimum stock level
The Suite prepares a draft order
As soon as you approve it, the order is placed in ERPNext
A customer asks for a quote
You price the job, rounded to 5 centimes
The quote is ready in ERPNext, with your prices
The customer signs on delivery
You close the delivery run with the proof of delivery
The invoice is in ERPNext and the document is in the archive
The period is closed in ERPNext
The Suite creates the VAT return from your entries (eCH-0217)
The return goes to the Federal Tax Administration (ESTV)
A court serves you a document
The Suite collects it and assigns it to the customer, contract or debt enforcement case
The document is filed with the right case; your inbox stays with Justitia.swiss
A tenant moves in or out
You prepare the changeover for the flat
The contract and invoice are in ERPNext
That means there is no duplicate data and nothing you have to keep in sync between two systems.

People in accounting see something different from people in dispatch. Permissions are checked by the server, not just the browser.
You work with open invoices, bank statements, supplier invoices and payment reminders. Closing and tax are only visible to the people who are authorised for them.
You handle client mandates, periods, document requests and reviews. The books are kept in ERPNext and the files in Frappe Drive and Paperless.
You follow delivery runs until the goods are handed over. In the branch, you also look after the till, shelf life, fresh production and waste.
You look after rent and maintenance for every flat and unit. The contract and invoice are kept in ERPNext.
You get the core modules and one add-on package of your choice, 10 GB of storage for your whole organisation, your own address and the location you prefer – Switzerland or the EU.
We enable calls to landlines and mobiles, and SMS, with the subscription. We do not run e-mail mailboxes – you simply connect your existing one. The trial ends after 60 days; your data is kept for another 30 days.
The Suite works through the interfaces of the underlying business systems. Everything is posted, ordered and approved in ERPNext, and only once an authorised person confirms it.
