Your Suite has its own address and a fixed location.
The address looks something like this: meier.movena-suite.com. It comes with the location you choose when you order. Both stay tied to your Suite. You can order from launch onwards.
Location
You choose whether your business data is kept in Switzerland or in the EU.
Your files and all backups stay there too.
Exceptions: sign-in, your customer account and the routing of AI features run centrally in Germany. Once card payment is possible, a payment service will handle it. If you use AI features, cloud models in the USA may be used for them – but only for data where this is allowed. What is kept where is set out in the privacy policy.

What comes with your Suite.
- Sign-in With one login you reach everything you have subscribed to. Each person sees what belongs to their role – the server checks this, not just the browser.
- Communication Team messages, chat rooms and video calls are already included in the trial.
- E-mail You keep your e-mail mailbox and connect it to the Suite. We do not run mailboxes ourselves.
- Files Your files are kept in Frappe Drive and your archive in Paperless. During the trial you have 10 GB for the whole organisation; the Suite warns you at 80 and 95 per cent. With a subscription you get more storage, for example 100 GB.
- Telephony Within the team, you call each other directly in the Suite. We enable calls to landlines and mobiles, as well as SMS, as soon as your subscription is confirmed.
Term
The 60 days only start once your Suite is ready.
After you order, we check your details and set up your Suite. The trial only begins once you can sign in.

For IT and fiduciaries
Until launch, this website does not take any orders.
Sign-in runs through Keycloak, and roles are checked on the server. For communication we use Matrix, Element, LiveKit and Asterisk. There is a warning at 80 and 95 per cent of the storage quota, and at 100 per cent no more files can be stored. Workspace data is not replicated to the other region, and neither are backups, search indexes or secrets. Keycloak, the customer account and the Movena AI Gateway run centrally at Hetzner in Germany. Cloud AI runs through OpenRouter (USA), only for approved data classes and with Zero Data Retention; class 3 data stays local.
