What the trial includes.

Included

The core modules and one package of your choice

Your Work Hub with tasks and messages, accounting in ERPNext and support are always included. You can also choose a package for your industry. On top of that, you have 10 GB of storage for your whole organisation.

Only with the subscription

External calls and SMS

Within your team, you can already message and call each other during the trial. We enable calls to landlines and mobiles, and SMS, with the subscription. You keep your existing e-mail mailbox.

What you tick when you order.

There is not much to it: a package if you want one, and the location of your data – Switzerland or the EU.

Always included You get the core modules without having to tick anything.
One package or none Choose Finance, Fiduciary, Trades, Retail and hospitality or Real estate, or try just the core modules. The package costs nothing during the trial either.
Add later With the subscription, you can add further packages – in the same Suite.
Not in the trial External calls and SMS are not a package you can tick. They are part of the subscription.

After the trial

Three ways it can go from here.

None of them requires you to cancel anything. Without a subscription the trial ends; with one, you carry on working in the same place.

Data

Where your data is kept and how you take it with you.

During the trial Your data is kept at the location you chose – your accounting in ERPNext, your files in Frappe Drive and Paperless.
After the trial You have 30 days to export your data. You do this directly in ERPNext, Frappe Drive and Paperless, because that is where the originals are.
After 30 days We delete your Suite. Nothing keeps running in the background, and there are no costs.
